Body Sculpting Booking Policy

We’re excited to help you look and feel your best! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our updated policies below.

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total.
To confirm your appointment, 50% of the service cost must be paid in advance.
All card payments are subject to a small processing fee.
All sales are final, in line with our policy—no refunds will be issued.

For packages, full payment is required upfront or through an activated payment plan.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
Same-day reschedules or no-shows will forfeit the $50 deposit.

Please communicate any changes as early as possible to avoid fees.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not a Weight Loss Alternative

Body contouring treatments are not intended for weight loss. The ideal candidate has already reached their goal weight and is looking to target stubborn areas of fat that haven’t responded to diet and exercise.

Treatment Qualifications

To qualify, individuals must be actively committed to a healthy diet and regular exercise routine. These treatments are designed to assist with non-responsive areas—not replace healthy habits.

A consistent lifestyle must be established for at least two months prior to starting treatment to help ensure your metabolism is functioning properly and to support optimal results.

Right to Refuse Treatment

In order to maintain the integrity of our services and your safety, I reserve the right to deny or postpone treatments for anyone who does not demonstrate a clear commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Your health and long-term results are my top priority.

No-Ink Stretch Mark Repair (Scar & Stretch Mark Therapy)

Our No-Ink Stretch Mark Repair, also known as Scar & Stretch Mark Therapy, is a non-invasive treatment designed to significantly reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars without the use of ink or pigment. Clients often notice a 50% to 70% improvement after just one session.

Results vary based on the severity of the stretch marks, and multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or failure to show will result in a 100% charge of the service fee, and your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.
No exceptions will be made for late arrivals, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.
Missed or canceled follow-up appointments are also subject to the full service fee.
Prepayment of the full service fee will be required to schedule any future appointments following a no-show or late cancellation.
